Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Peak Xposure LLC, doing business as Contractor Coalition ("we," "us," "our"). By joining our community, using our website, booking a call, using our text messaging program, or using any of our free resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use them.

What we offer

Contractor Coalition is a free community and resource for residential contractors. We share growth systems, scripts, checklists, and tips, and we offer a free Growth Plan Call where we map your business and give you a plan you can run. It is education and guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Peak Xposure LLC (Contractor Coalition) operates an SMS text messaging program. When you provide your mobile number and check the consent boxes on our forms, you may receive recurring transactional messages (such as delivery of the Growth Scorecard you requested, scheduling, confirmations, and replies to questions you send us) and, if you opt in separately, marketing messages (such as business tips, resources, and invitations to a free consultation).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or by emailing [email protected]. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our resources.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any message will be delivered.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

No guarantees of results

We don't promise specific results. Your growth depends on your market, your trade, your effort, your team, and many things outside our control. Anything we share about other contractors' results or what's possible is for illustration, not a promise you'll get the same outcome.

Using our content and community

You're welcome to use the scripts, checklists, and systems we give away inside your own business. Please don't resell them, repackage them as your own product, or copy our content, name, or branding. When you post in the community, keep it respectful and on topic. We may remove content or members that are spammy, abusive, or harmful to the group.

Our content is ours

The Contractor Coalition name, logo, written materials, and resources are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited right to use them to grow your own business, nothing more.

Third-party tools and links

We sometimes point to outside tools, partners, or links. We don't control those and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Everything is provided "as is"

We provide our resources "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that everything will be error free or fit every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peak Xposure LLC and Contractor Coalition are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or business, arising from your use of our community, resources, calls, or messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted here with the date above.
